Responsibilities Include:

  • Investigate, resolve, and manage system issues in collaboration with key business users and third-party suppliers.
  • Explore ways to improve business operational processes by working closely with key stakeholders.
  • Identify, propose, and agree on system changes.
  • Develop and maintain business process maps and work instruction documents.
  • Analyze data to identify issues, trends, and performance metrics.
  • Develop test plans and test new system releases and changes.
  • Create user training materials.
  • Help deliver projects that enhance our clients processes, business, and reputation.



The Ideal Candidate:

  • A good understanding of the UK gas and electricity markets.
  • Experience with Ensek’s Ignition platform or equivalent products.
  • Proficiency in analysing data using Excel and/or PowerBI/Fabric.
  • Skilled at mapping business processes using Visio and/or Lucidchart.
  • An analytical and inquisitive mindset.
  • A methodical and structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating drive and initiative.
  • Self-motivated and focused on continually achieving and exceeding targets.
  • A team player, willing to share ideas and techniques with colleagues to improve the business.
  • Qualification in LEAN methodologies such as Six Sigma (preferred) or a desire to achieve one.
  • A project management qualification, such as PRINCE2, or a desire to achieve one.
