What You’ll Do

As an IT Change Analyst, you’ll ensure seamless integration of IT and business-driven changes while fostering a culture of adaptability. Reporting to the IT Change Manager, you’ll operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, enabling the organisation to thrive through growth and innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Management: Develop and implement strategies to ensure smooth project transitions while minimising disruption and maximising benefits.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the bridge between IT and business units, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
  • Communication and Documentation: Craft clear communication plans and maintain project documentation to ensure stakeholders are well-informed.
  • Training and Education: Identify training needs, create programs, and evaluate their effectiveness to prepare end-users for new systems and processes.
  • Change Readiness: Assess organisational readiness for changes and proactively address potential resistance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, APMG) are advantageous.


Experience and Knowledge:

  • Proven experience in change management, particularly within IT projects in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities within complex projects.
  • Proficiency in using change management software and tools.
