This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by supporting the health of our workforce and contributing to a high-performing Occupational Health service. Youll work closely with our Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) to deliver proactive, professional, and compassionate care across the site. What Youll Be DoingYoull play a key role in: Conducting health surveillance, wellness screenings, and new starter assessmentsSupporting health promotion initiatives and collaborating with Mental Health First AidersAssisting with case management and escalating concerns appropriatelyEnsuring compliance with legislation and maintaining accurate, confidential recordsAdvising on ergonomic solutions, PPE, and safe systems of workMaintaining health screening equipment and supporting clinical auditsProviding data insights and supporting the development of Occupational Health servicesWhat Were Looking ForTo thrive in this role, youll need: A recognised Occupational Health Technician qualificationAt least 2 years experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial settingUp-to-date certification in HAVS1/2, Audiometry, and SpirometryStrong knowledge of workplace hazards and health surveillance requirementsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsConfidence working independently with guidance from the OHAIT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and web-based health screening tools (Amplivox, AudioBase desirable)Willingness to travel occasionally to other UK sites (Luton, Reading)You Matter at MoogOur Mission and Vision At Moog, we prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion.
