You can get fast access to expert healthcare, from consultations and diagnosis to treatment and aftercare.As Private Patient Coordinator, you will support Self-Pay patient enquiries at either enquiry, outpatient or in care stage as well as providing the support for patients with private medical insurance. The role will support the conversion warm leads into appointments and admissions in order to meet key performance targets whilst delivering our Purpose of providing ‘outstanding personalised care.’Duties And Responsibilities (not Limited To)Manage in bound Self-Pay patient enquiries, in person, over the telephone and online/email, from initial enquiry through to booking by providing a timely and conscientious serviceThrough a consultative approach proactively convert patients post consultation to imaging, physiotherapy or surgical admission depending on their need ensuring patients get the treatment they need within the Spire networkSupport Patient Service Centres at peak times specifically with the follow up of quotesCommunicate clearly and effectively with prospective patients via telephone and email, to provide information regarding pricing, procedures, consultants, availability taking bookings and payments where appropriateWork with closely with consultants and medical administration teams to follow up and inform patients as to the next steps in their careSupport patients in the navigation of Insured (PMI) pathways where your skills will support a smooth patient pathway within the Spire Network this may include supporting patients to get preauthorisationSupport patients requiring specialised services find the right part of the Spire network for their care to ensure continuity for the patient and retention for Spire Who We're Looking ForStrongly customer centricFace to face customer experienceComfortable handling sensitive conversationsConfident approach to handing a variety of systemsEnjoys working in a collaborative, fast paced team environmentBe able to work effectively a national sales framework whilst focussing the needs of the local populationStrong communication skills, demonstrating an ability to positively lead teams across multiple locationsBenefitsWe offer employed colleagues a competitive salary as well as a comprehensive benefits package which includes but is not limited to:35 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidaysEmployer and employee contributory pension with flexible retirement options‘Spire for you’ reward platform - discount and cashback for over 1000 retailersPrivate medical insuranceLife assuranceFree DBSFree Car parkFree UniformWe commit to our employees well-being through work life balance, on-going development, support and reward.Spire Healthcare is a leading independent hospital group in the United Kingdom and the largest in terms of revenue.
