Youll be call-handling and actioning digital contacts accurately, diagnosing and raising a wide range of repairs for residents and communicating regularly with all stakeholders (residents, colleagues and contractors). Youll need to be confident using your own initiative and have the ability to update systems and follow processes. Ideally, youll have experience of working in a customer contact centre, but this is not essential as training will be provided. What youll need Excellent communications skills, including actively listening, absorbing information, conveying information in plain English, both oral & written. Able to work quickly and efficiently navigate and manage a range of systems and applications. Personal resilience and able to deal positively with challenging customers. Youll be organised with good attention to detail. A positive can-do attitude. Experience in working in repairs & maintenance environment (desirable).
