This dynamic, field-based position is suited to an energetic sales professional who thrives on meeting customers, showcasing products, and building strong, productive relationships that generate quality sales leads.There will be three geographically based roles covering the North, South, and Midlands, ensuring local presence and engagement. A key focus of the role is to deliver regular, inspiring product presentations and demonstrations to customers, bringing our brand to life and highlighting the quality and innovation of our range.A typical week includes:Monday - Thursday: On the road - visiting customers, delivering presentations and building long term relationships in your territoryFriday: Working from home - completing reports, planning and admin.Duties:Develop and accelerate collaboration with key customers through frequent visits and proactive engagement.Work closely with the brand’s existing Brand Ambassador network to maximise sales opportunities.Facilitate product training and ensure customers are equipped to grow with the brand, while delivering regular, engaging, and inspiring product presentations that showcase our range and reinforce brand value.Raise brand awareness through compelling storytelling and brand-building activities.Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding the network of high-quality resellers and distributors.Support the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.Plan and participate in local fairs, sales meetings, and promotional events.Place and maintain promotional materials throughout the reseller network.Follow up on leads from various business channels, ensuring diligent pursuit of all sales opportunities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in company databases and CRM systems.Produce regular reports on customer trends, ideas, and strategic recommendations.Skills & Experience RequiredProven experience in B2B field sales, ideally within textiles, fashion, or workwear.Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong customer relationships.Skilled communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.Solution-oriented, proactive, and able to uncover and create customer needs.Strategic thinker with experience in data analysis and planning.Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to quickly learn CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).Full driving licence required.£40k Basic + Bonus/Commission + Car
