BESS Asset Manager


BESS Portfolio / Asset Manager required with a growing renewable energy developer focusing on BESS projects across the UK & Europe. The role is a growth position and you will sit within the Operations and Maintenance team. You will be responsbile for managing the delivery of O&M services across the BESS portfolio, whilst ensuring a positve client expereince.


Responsabilities for the BESS Asset Manager

  • Develop a trusted relationship with key accounts along with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Management (both direct & indirect) of the BESS team, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships and delivering solutions according to client and contractual requirements.
  • Operate as the escalation point for our BESS customers.
  • Focus on driving new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement. Working closely with the O&M Manager and Optimisation team (route to market) to ensure maximum optimisation of assets.
  • Work closely with the O&M manager, performance team and wider O&M team to identify risks or improvement opportunities and deliver solutions to our customer.
  • Attend frequent face to face meetings and conference calls with customers, ensuring that technical expectations can be appropriately addressed.
  • Ownership of project P&L ensuring profit in line with the business budgetary requirements and reporting accordingly to relevant stakeholders.
