About the Role
Brightsmith is seeking a highly skilled BESS Asset Manager to join our Operations and Maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of O&M services across our BESS portfolio, ensuring a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a trusted relationship with key accounts and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage the BESS team, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships and delivering solutions according to client and contractual requirements.
- Operate as the escalation point for our BESS customers.
- Focus on driving new business with existing clients and/or identifying areas of improvement, working closely with the O&M Manager and Optimisation team to ensure maximum optimisation of assets.
- Work closely with the O&M Manager, Performance Team, and wider O&M Team to identify risks or improvement opportunities and deliver solutions to our customers.
- Attend frequent face-to-face meetings and conference calls with customers, ensuring that technical expectations can be appropriately addressed.
- Ownership of project P&L, ensuring profit in line with the business budgetary requirements and reporting accordingly to relevant stakeholders.
About You
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a BESS Asset Management role within a renewable energy company. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the renewable energy industry, we would love to hear from you.
