The Position

As part of our growing team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with high-profile brands under the guidance of our Head of Marketing, with a clear trajectory toward progressing into a senior strategic role within the agency. You’ll play a part in shaping the marketing strategies for diverse clients, interpreting briefs, competitor research, creating bespoke marketing content, and working with our design team to bring ideas alive through strong creative assets. Working closely with clients in the Manufacturing for Construction sector, you’ll develop innovative solutions to unique challenges, honing your expertise and becoming an integral player in our agency’s success.



Specific duties may vary based on each client’s requirements, but common responsibilities include:


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Development: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to implement clients’ strategic objectives based on sound industry knowledge and commercial acumen.

Brand Stewardship: Developing a strong understanding of brand identity, values and guidelines of each client and ensuring that a consistent tone of voice is maintained across all creative and communication.

Market Insights: Conduct market research on commercial performance, competitors, customer profiles and identify important industry trends.

Creative Leadership: Help develop compelling marketing campaigns, engaging content, and bespoke strategies that deliver measurable client success.

Client Interaction: Meet with clients to discuss commercial goals for marketing campaigns and present proposed solutions.

Project Oversight: Plan and manage project budgets and timelines, schedule and manage progress.

Performance Monitoring: Apply strong business acumen to understand the impact of key performance indicators, monitoring the progress of marketing media and adjusting strategies if results are not meeting expectation.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our creative and digital marketing teams and client’s management and in-house marketing teams.

We’re looking for an ambitious individual who’s ready to elevate their career. You’ll have:


  • A professional qualification in Marketing or Communications.
  • Proven experience in brand development, copywriting, and overseeing creative production.
  • Preferably, experience in the Manufacturing for Construction sector, whether in-house or agency-side.
  • A strong team player with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to act as a bridge between clients and our creative team.
  • A flair for problem-solving, creativity, and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional time management and ability to balance several projects.
