My client are a Specialist Roofing Contractor with over 40 years experience in the industry.

Projects include flat and pitched roofing on new build and refurb, in the range of £5k – £2m.


The Role - Quantity Surveyor (Roofing, Cladding, Facade)


My client are looking for a proactive Quantity Surveyor with strong analytical and numerical skills to join them in their HQ in Havering.

You will be responsible for:

  • Oversee the financial performance of projects from initiation to completion, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures as needed.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, assess budget compliance, and manage valuations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Strong understanding of cost management and contract administration.
  • Liaising and building strong relationships with clients
