Position: Sales/Recruitment Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with senior-level candidates for top-tier investment teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Utilize your sales skills to drive revenue and achieve targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within financial sales, broking, wealth management, or similar fields.
  • Strong understanding or keen interest in finance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written capabilities.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to participating in a positive company culture.
