Role Description
This is a full-time - although a job share may be considered for the right candidate(s) - hybrid role for a Clinical Operations Manager (Customer Relations/Chartered Physiotherapist).
The Clinical Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of our national associate network of clinical assessors, managing customer relations, as well as managing their own clinical caseload of workplace assessments (virtual and/or face-to-face).
The Clinical Operations Manager will join our senior management team and be supported by our Strategy and Project Lead.

What are we looking for?
- Registered with HCPC and CSP (essential)
- Extensive experience in physiotherapy, occupational health, ergonomics, and functional capacity assessments (essential)
- Experience in building and maintain customer relationships (essential)
- Experience in people management and leadership (essential)
- Strong service development and project management skills (essential)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (essential).
- Car driver - full license, and a vehicle to drive (essential)
Clinical Caseload (virtual and/or face-to-face):
- Musculoskeletal assessment and treatment
- Functional restoration assessment and rehabilitation
- Long Covid and long-term condition management
- Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessments
- Ergonomic workplace assessments
- Ergonomic vehicle assessments
- Fitness to work and functional capacity assessments
- Occupational health report writing
Non-Clinical Caseload:
- Promoting and onboarding new clinicians to our national network of assessors
- Providing clinical support and development to our national network of assessors
- Deliver training and workshops to the clinical team
- Overseeing quality checks for workplace assessment reports
- Dealing with report queries, amendments, and complaints
- Building and maintaining relationships with our customers/referrers
- Ensuring we meet customer service level agreements
- Attending regular service review meetings with customers/referrers
- Ensuring we maintain company key performance indicators
- Communicating feedback between all stakeholders
- Managing service improvement and development projects
- Support our clinical governance framework and development
