Investment Associate, Successful Opportunistic Mid Market Fund, London, UK

Our client is a highly capitalised international and successful investor focused on UK and European lower mid-market deep value investing. It is looking for an ambitious and motivated investment professional to contribute to its success in investments going forward. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed individual to join a high performing team in London and take responsibility from day one.
What the job involves
- Support the senior team with individual deal execution processes: due diligence, negotiation and execution of transactions
- Work actively with the portfolio post-acquisition
- Previous experience in a private equity fund, consulting firm or a qualified accountant with transaction services, corporate finance or restructuring experience
- An understanding and motivations for turnaround investments
- Ability to work with a high degree of independence
