Investment Associate, UK Private Equity Fund

Job Description
A very successful UK mid market private equity fund is looking to hire an Associate into their London team. The fund has a great reputation in the mid market space, and has the ability to invest across a range of sectors. They look for already successful, dynamic and growing businesses.
In this role, yon can expect to play an active part in the deal making process, including:
LBO and transaction modelling
Participating in due diligence calls
Assisting in all aspects of the transaction, including deal selection, pricing analysis, negotiation, and execution
Helping with transaction documentation and presentations to investment committee
Assisting with portfolio management of investments when they have been made
The successful candidate will have a background as follows:
3rd year analyst to associate level professional
Currently working with a major advisory firm such as Evercore, Lazard, Rothschild, Moelis, PJT, Greenhill or similar
UK focused background - excellent UK deal sheet / education
Strong financial modelling skills
Genuine interest in investing
