Job Title:SPM ServiceNow Developer Location:Remote (Work from Home - UK) Job Type:Contract (Inside IR35) Duration:12 MonthsJob Summary:Join Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as anSPM ServiceNow Developerand be at the forefront of digital transformation. Your expertise will help drive efficiency and optimization through the ServiceNow platform.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with the ServiceNow Solutions Architect to design and implement requirements from the SPM Process Team. Develop, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, primarily within theSPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) module . Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform usingJavaScriptand ServiceNow APIs to extend capabilities and enhance user experience. Design, develop, and implement SPM solutions includingworkflows, catalog items, workspaces, and integrationsto meet complex business requirements. Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using integration spokes or custom APIs. Implement and optimizeService Catalog Items , and configureStrategic Planning and Project Management workspaces . Increase automation and efficiency through well-designed scripts and workflows. Assist requesters in refining business requirements to ensure delivery of requested functionality. Participate in Agile development, build, and test activities to deliver quality solutions promptly. Support regular ServiceNow version upgrades to maintain compliance and vendor support. Collaborate with internal teams and implementation partners to introduce new modules as business needs evolve. Skills, Experience, and Abilities Required:Essential:Experience working closely with ServiceNow Solutions Architects to design and implement business requirements. Demonstrated capability inconfiguring and customizing the ServiceNow SPM module . Proficient inJavaScript , ServiceNow APIs, and workflow development. Experience with integration and automation in ServiceNow. Ability to assist in business requirement refinement and translate needs into technical solutions. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical problems. Desirable:At least 3+ years' experiencewith the ServiceNow platform, specifically in the SPM module. Familiarity withITSMand broader ServiceNow platform functionalities.TPBN1_UKTJ
