An experienced Telesales Executive with at least 6 months of experience is needed to join the team at this leading specialist insurance broker full-time, based in London three days a week and working from home twice a week. They are a leading specialist professional indemnity insurance broker based in the World's Centre for Insurance, London.

This is a telephone-based role. You will call cold leads to attempt to obtain Renewal information and help convert them to enquiries for their New Business broking team.

This role offers an excellent earning potential with an OTE of £35,000.

About Us

They are a Lloyd's broker based near Tower Hill, specialising in providing Professional Indemnity insurance to a wide range of businesses, including Architects, Solicitors, Surveyors and other professionals.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum six months of telephone-based experience
  • Punctuality, reliability with a hard-working attitude
  • Outgoing personality, coupled with an excellent telephone manner (This is a telephone-based position)
  • Someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys talking on the phone
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Good PC Skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly, e.g. Microsoft Office, Excel
  • Great communication skills, including active listening
  • Experience in delivering pitches is desirable
