As a Theatre Manager at our Leeds Hospital, you will be a qualified practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration and a mentorship qualification. You’ve already worked as a Theatre Manager or Senior position with a minimum 2 years experience of managing a team.
As an Theatre Manager, you will:
- Manage the day to day running of the Theatre department
- Lead a team of highly qualified and non qualified practitioners
- manage workload and staffing costs
- Ensure we deliver excellent patient care
- provide great customer service to all visitors to theatre
- ensure compliance with both National and local guidance
- Use your existing knowledge to help shape a superior patient experience

Our successful, purpose-built hospital deals with complex surgery supported by a Level 3 critical care unit covering a vast range of specialities such as: brain surgery, cardiac surgery, general surgery, orthopaedics and spinal surgery. In addition we offer a comprehensive diagnostic service including cardiology tests and interventions, diagnostic imaging – MR, CT, Mammography, Plain film and Ultrasound, fully equipped Physiotherapy department with gymnasium facilities.
