About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital. As a Theatre Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Theatre department, leading a team of highly qualified and non-qualified practitioners, and ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Theatre department, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
  • Lead a team of practitioners, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with national and local guidance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and effective communication
  • Monitor and manage workload and staffing costs, ensuring the department operates within budget
