Job Title: R&D Engineer Salary: £35 45k Location: Omagh Employment Type: Full-time The job in a nutshell: R&D Engineer is responsible for the planning, organization and directing of projects from concept through the design, prototype, manufacturing, and commissioning stages. They are also responsible for ensuring that work meets established internal quality standards as well as customer specifications. Prototype R&D work to include testing/fitting of any new parts on local machines. This is to include the trial of a new suppliers parts in conjunction with Sourcing and Quality. Actively participate in the continuous Quality improvement process, and lean manufacturing strategies. Undertaking improvement projects Should you apply? We think candidates with educated to a degree level in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years design experience you should apply. After conversations with the hiring manager, if you have that experience, youll have a good chance of being successful.
