Working in partnership with their clients, they devise and deliver experiential campaigns for the world’s most ambitious brands. They apply over 20 years of marketing experience to successfully deliver their clients’ requirements, across various sectors including FMCG, retail, health and beauty, luxury goods and technology.


As Art Director, you will:


Create, develop and deliver award winning creative solutions for existing and prospective clients through engaging and inspirational campaigns. Working as part of the Creative team, the role mixes creative flair, channel understanding and commercial awareness to create stand-out consumer experiences in the retail and experiential space, supported by creative tech and digital ideation where appropriate.


  • Supporting the Executive and Associate Creative Directors in ideating, developing, designing, and delivering creative solutions predominantly for their retail clients.
  • Ability to ideate, sometimes lead on projects – working closely with team seniors as well as other departments, to achieve commercial and creative objectives.
  • Keeping internal departments and project leads updated with progress.
  • Supporting new business pitches, producing outstanding creative concepts that help to inspire and procure new clients.
  • Enriching their capability of delivering creative solutions in the retail space.
  • Showing and building your knowledge around digital and experiential, and sharing with the team.


Experience needed for Art Director role:

  • A passion for the retail/grocery sector, with around 3 years’ experience in a similar role within retail activation/FMCG focussed agency.
  • Demonstrable understanding of the retail environment, its touchpoints, and the customer mindset
  • Openness to learn, collaborate, inspire and innovate.
  • Be fluent in In-Design, Illustrator and other Creative Suite programmes, as well as MS Office.
  • Ability to blend commercial awareness with passion and creative flair.
