We are looking for a Global Mobility Specialist with a strong emphasis on immigration to join our client's People & Culture team, based in either Fife or Aberdeen. • Collaborate with immigration vendors to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the global mobility function.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of global mobility practices, with a strong understanding of immigration laws and policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases independently.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all mobility-related activities.
  • Candidates must be legally able to work and reside in the UK without the need for sponsorship.

If you have a passion for global mobility and a proven track record in immigration management, we encourage you to apply. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic global organisation and support the international growth of our client's business.
