With a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and investment in next-generation networks, this name-brand business is shaping the future of connectivity and empowering businesses and individuals to stay connected, informed, and entertained.Your new roleAs a CRM Campaign Ops Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing multichannel campaigns that drive engagement and retention. Working within an Agile environment, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, personalised experiences for customers.Key Responsibilities:Plan, build, and launch CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging using Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Design automated workflows and Canvas Journeys based on lifecycle stages and behavioural insights.Personalise campaigns using Liquid scripting for dynamic content.Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate segmentation and targeting.Conduct A/B testing and optimise campaigns using performance insights.Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and deliverability best practices.Monitor KPIs and report on campaign performance.Maintain documentation and support governance processes.What you'll need to succeedBachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.2-4 years' experience in CRM campaign management, email marketing, or digital marketing operations.Hands-on experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar multichannel tools.Familiarity with campaign automation, segmentation, and reporting tools.Basic knowledge of Liquid scripting (preferred).Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign metrics.Excellent communication and project management skills.Meticulous attention to detail and understanding of anti-spam regulations.What you'll get in returnA 3-month contract with likelihood of extension.Opportunity to work on global campaigns in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Competitive day rate and hybrid working flexibility.What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
