This is a unique opportunity to deliver tangible product performance for the UK’s biggest sports retailer.What you’ll doYear 1:You’ll gain hands-on experience by working closely with several factories that supply our products. From concept to completion, you’ll take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, including:Design & developmentForecasting and pricingAmendments and logisticsQuality control and category optimisationEach week, a factory team visits our Shirebrook HQ to review product performance, giving you the chance to build strong relationships and understand the commercial process in depth.Year 2:You’ll use your knowledge to specialise in a particular area, with opportunities to broaden your exposure across our other brands.Your DevelopmentTo support your journey towards becoming a future leader, you’ll have:Early access to our Leadership and Management Training programmeExclusive insights from senior leaders across Frasers GroupContinuous professional development designed to accelerate your careerQualificationsA degree is not essential, but applicants from Economics, Marketing.
