About You:
- Significant experience in B2B marketing and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to tailor communication for diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media campaigns for B2B audiences on LinkedIn and X.
- In-depth knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing best practices.
- Experience working in a global, process-driven environment, while also being a self-starter and a strong independent thinker.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, X Ads) is a plus.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy and social media strategy, aligned with the company's overall marketing goals for B2B engagement.
- Manage and create high-quality, industry-specific content across various platforms, including social media (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook), corporate publications, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content creation, graphic design, commercial) to craft compelling messaging and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Partner with content creators to positively influence key audience perceptions on industry themes through social media, publications, and support for commercial teams.
- Support with the strategy, production, and delivery of marketing collateral.
- Develop strategies to connect directly and engage with our customers.
- Develop, manage, deliver, and analyse social media performance using relevant tools and identify opportunities for optimization to maximize ROI.
- Manage social media budgets and demonstrate a strong return on investment (ROI) focus.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and technologies relevant to the aviation industry.
- Build and manage relationships with key B2B social media influencers in the aviation industry.
- Oversee community management for all social media platforms, responding to customer inquiries and feedback with excellent written English communication skills.
