- Identify and develop new business opportunities, promoting new products through regular client interactions.
- Enhance the profitability of existing accounts by leveraging added value services.
- Provide expert advice based on a deep understanding of market conditions and technical insurance knowledge.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, achieving agreed targets in compliance with FCA regulation.
- Handle complaints professionally, adhering to the company’s Conduct Policy and best practice guidelines.
- A proven track record in sales or business development within the insurance sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining positive relationships.
- Resilience, energy, and enthusiasm to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Commitment to continuous professional development, aiming for a minimum of Certificate level of CII standard.
- An understanding of FCA regulations and a commitment to compliance and best practice.
