We identify market gaps and opportunities, utilise our extensive network in the global med-tech industry to meet these demands, therefore our project range is constantly growing. Both B2B and B2C.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Market Research Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping our marketing strategies and ensuring our products effectively reach and positively impact our target customer groups. The successful candidate will work closely with different departments and clients to identify marketing requirements, establish market researches, prepare proposals, and execute various marketing projects. As the business continues to grow, there is a good opportunity for progression into a more senior role over the coming years.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients or employers to understand their business models, products, services, and target demographics, identifying specific marketing requirements effectively.
- Design and execute both quantitative and qualitative research strategies, such as market research and social media analysis, delivering insightful proposals to both clients and internal stakeholders to guide strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with product development and commercial team, such as brand positioning, packaging, and promotion to recommend adjustments based on insights gained from market research.
- Execute marketing initiatives, including developing websites and creating graphic content, while maintaining open communication with international clients to refine strategies in alignment with marketing goals.
- Responsible for marketing projects across China and the UK through channels such as LinkedIn, Reddit, XiaoHongShu, TikTok, and other social media platforms. Design marketing materials, including brand guidelines, packages, and more. SEO experience is also expected.
- Support the sales team during international conferences or exhibitions. Conference management and client communication are expected. Business travel may be required.
Relevant experience/skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, B2C marketing, and market research.
- A good knowledge of the global market, especially the Asian market.
- Creative thinking with an eye for design and detail, capable of contributing to marketing material development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively articulating findings and recommendations to both clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for healthcare and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Preferable experience/skills:
- Health industry working experience. or, B2B or B2C marketing experience is also welcomed.
- Multi language skills (preferably including Chinese)
- Graphic design and website construction skills
- Conference management
