We are looking for a candidate who can engage our families and individual and community supporters, compellingly convey the need for, and impact of, the work we do.The post holder will work closely with the CEO, Fundraising Manager, the rest of the fundraising team as well as other teams across the organisation, not forgetting our amazing families. Key Responsibilities: Generate income across an agreed range of community fundraising initiatives and events Steward supporters to help maximise income and future support to the charity Develop and maintain strong relationships with our families and community supporters Be committed to helping disadvantaged children and adults Requirements: Previous fundraising and income generation experience Experience in supporter stewardship Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire supporters Due to the nature of our work, it is recommended that you work from our office in Moseley, Birmingham, the majority of the time.
