Our client a well-established law firm offering a complete range of legal services to Business and Private individuals throughout Essex. Are recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary, you will provide secretarial support to one or more fee earners on either a Full or Part Time basis.

The Role

  • You will provide full secretarial support to one or more Fee Earners
  • Diary keeping
  • Handling incoming telephone calls
  • Opening / closing files
  • Obtaining identification
  • Audio Typing of legal documents
  • Document production, amending and creating documents from templates
  • Liaising with clients both in person and on the telephone
  • Preparing Trial bundles

The Candidate

  • Ideally You will possess at least 2 years recent legal secretarial experience. In one or more of the following disciplines of law Family, Private Client , Civil Litigation
  • Accurate audio and copy typing skills
  • Strong IT Skills including Microsoft Word, Excel ,Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Friendly working environment
  • Full or Part Time considered
