Working directly for the co-founders - one of whom is a leading GP specialising in dermatology - the eCommerce Manager / eCommerce Marketing Manager will take over all eCommerce & Marketing activities and focus on growth.


As the site, warehouse & supply chain are already set up the main focus for the eCommerce Manager / eCommerce Marketing Manager will be customer acquisition, conversion and retention and will include an overhaul of all current activities (paid social etc) to understand CPA as well as basic site analysis to discover any friction points and put a roadmap in place to develop easy wins as well as a longer term marketing plan.


The eCommerce Manager / eCommerce Marketing Manager will be an energetic candidate keen to take ownership of a new brand or a step up in their career, must have experience in either eCommerce or subscription marketing, be data driven and have experience across acquisition, conversion and retention. Some basic skills in shopify or a similar platform are also needed.
