We're seeking a talented Ecommerce Specialist to drive our ecommerce growth across key territories, including North America, UK, and EU4.

**Role Overview**:
As an Ecommerce Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in our Marketing & DTC department, collaborating closely with our Ecommerce Manager and other digital marketing experts. Your focus will be on developing and executing website trading plans, supporting the launch of new Shopify ecommerce websites, and optimizing consumer journeys. This role requires fluency in Romanian to effectively engage with our diverse customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute website trading plans to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Support the launch and development of new Shopify ecommerce websites.
- Utilise graphic design skills to enhance website content and communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute end-to-end consumer journeys.
- Maintain and optimize Shopify websites for various markets, including merchandising, content updates, and consumer journey optimisation.

**Requirements**:

- Hands-on experience with Shopify (preferably Plus) and graphic design for websites.
- Practical knowledge of SEO tactics and Google Analytics.
- Fluency in Romanian.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
