We are currently seeking an experienced Litho Printer to join our client's dynamic printing team in Barking and Dagenham, London. With expertise in litho printing and a strong attention to detail, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality prints are produced.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating and maintaining litho printing presses to produce high-quality printsSetting up machines and ensuring the correct ink and paper are usedAdjusting the printing plates and ensuring all settings are correct for each print jobMonitoring the printing process and making any necessary adjustments to maintain qualityTroubleshooting any issues that may arise during productionConducting regular quality checks to ensure prints meet the required standardsAdhering to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Litho Printer, preferably in the printing industryIn-depth knowledge of litho printing techniques and processesStrong understanding of No. 2 colour printingAbility to perform routine maintenance on litho printing pressesExcellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to workStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issuesEffective time management and organisational skillsGood communication and teamwork abilities
Our client's office is conveniently located in Barking and Dagenham, London. There is nearby parking available with a walking distance of 14 minutes from the office. For those commuting by public transport, the office is only a 14-minute walk from Dagenham Dock train station.
