Hours: Pitman Shift (0600-1800)

  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday

We are seeking a skilled Litho Print Operative to join our day shift team in Dagenham. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating lithographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our clients receive top-notch products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate lithographic printing presses to produce high-quality prints.
  • Monitor press operations to ensure consistency in print quality and accuracy of colours.
  • Make necessary adjustments to press settings for colour, registration, and alignment to meet client specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any press issues to minimize downtime.
  • Inspect printed sheets for quality and ensure all jobs are completed to high standards.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines while maintaining a clean and organized working area.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating lithographic presses is essential.
  • Knowledge of litho printing processes, inks, and colour management is required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality production are essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple print jobs simultaneously is necessary.
