Location: London Reading Sheffield Manchester or Nelson Salary: Discussed upon application Hours: Monday to Friday between 8:30 -17:30 (37.5 hours per week)Key Responsibilities: Commercial Strategy & Execution:Own and deliver the Modern Workplace commercial strategy across all segments and channels driving revenue growth and recurring gross margin through pricing base management and optimisation.Collaborate with Product and Partnerships teams to shape joint go-to-market initiatives maximise cross-sell opportunities (e.g. Bytes integration) and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.Maintain an external market perspective to ensure O2 Daisys Modern Workplace proposition remains differentiated and ahead of competitors.Sales Leadership & Growth:Build and lead a focused sales team to deliver revenue and margin targets across SME/SOHO segments while driving category growth through enterprise and public sector partnerships.Ensure all Modern Workplace bid materials are clear compelling and customer-relevant to maximise conversion and win rates.Proposition Marketing &BIDevelop and deliver compelling Modern Workplace propositions and marketing programmes that build awareness pipeline and conversion across all customer segments.Leverage business intelligence for performance tracking and opportunity identification ensuring propositions align with the wider portfolio and integrated go-to-market strategy.Performance ManagementAccountable for delivering recurring gross margin and revenue targets across all segments and channels.Implement robust performance tracking and reporting driving ongoing optimisation innovation and simplification of go-to-market activities.Team Leadership & CollaborationBuild and develop a high-performing Modern Workplace team driving talent growth accountability and a culture of continuous improvement.Foster strong cross-functional collaboration and role model leadership behaviours that create alignment empowerment and pace.Qualifications : Proven senior commercial leadership experience within B2B telecoms or technology sectors ideally with experience across the Microsoft portfolioStrong track record of delivering revenue and margin growth across multiple customer segments.Deep understanding of B2B market dynamics propositions pricing and channel strategy.Experience leading cross-functional teams spanning sales marketing commercial and propositions.Strong grasp of both direct and indirect channel dynamicsDemonstrated ability to design and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing services.Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at C-level and align across complex organisations.Commercially astute data-driven decision-maker with strong financial acumen.Additional Information : What Are the Benefits of Working at DaisyOur ethos is simple: the more you put in the more you get out.Heres what we offer: 25 days holiday bank holidays with an extra day for each year of service (up to 30 days) An extra day off on your birthday or if youre getting married 500 referral bonus bring great people get rewarded Exclusive Virgin Media and O2 staff discounts Professional development training and support to help you grow Eye care vouchers and discounted Medicash membership for healthcare savings Sim deals for you and your family/friends Exclusive discounts and savings at over 1200 retailersRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Marketing & Promotions,Attorney At Law,Jni,Airlines,Art Department / Functional Area: Sales Experience: years Vacancy: 1
