ROLE SUMMARYManager Internal Controls will work closely with the Senior Manager Internal Controls in delivering the Process workstream of the Group Internal Controls annual programme. The role would report to the Senior Manager Internal Controls who has the responsibility to lead the Process workstream and manage the Business Process control framework on an ongoing basis.THE ROLEThe key responsibilities for the role are as follows:Independently lead the Process Internal Controls workstream for Group controls and ensure the following:Timely completion of control design/change management work for the allocated processesLiaise regularly with the GITC Internal Controls team to understand the full control landscape (aspects such as SODs IUCs Joiners and Leavers etc.) Timely completion of management and PwC walkthroughs for the allocated processesTimely delivery of the annual Internal Controls training programmeTimely delivery of the Internal Controls monitoring programmeEffective ongoing change management to ensure that process maps and RACMs are kept up to dateParticipate in the year end impact assessment exerciseAct as a business partner for the allocated locations and work with the business to ensure ongoing identification of control rationalization simplification and automation opportunitiesKEY ACCOUNTABILITIESAccountable for the end-to-end delivery of design and monitoring of allocated processesTimely completion of the design and monitoring work for allocated processes to the highest quality standardsRemediation support by providing pragmatic recommendations which are practical to implement and meet the requirements of the Sarbanes Oxley ActQualifications : ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE3-5 years experience of working on SOX/Internal Control programmesBig 4 experience preferable (although not mandatory)Strong knowledge of the requirement of the Sarbanes Oxley ActProficiency in using process mapping tools (i.e. MS Visio GRC tools etc.)Effective communication skills (written verbal and presentation) with the ability to communicate challenge and influence in a constructive manner.Collaborative team player with positive attitude and a flexible attitude to work.Strong project management skillsProven experience of communicating and engaging at a senior level across multiple departmentsOpen to international travels to Africa Middle East and South AmericaACA qualified or equivalentRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Contract Key Skills Advertising Sales,Building Materials,Communication,Configuration,Asic Experience: years Vacancy: 1
