This includes:Production Planning & Scheduling: Collaborate with the planning team to ensure efficient scheduling and timely production.KPIs & Performance Management: Deliver on key production metrics including yield wages product waste and service levels.Team Leadership: Manage and motivate production supervisors and team leaders to meet production targets and efficiency goals.Staff Management & Training: Ensure staff are properly trained compliant with company policies and ready for the production floor.
