Service Assurance Analyst Fixed Term Contract 24 months Salary basedOn Site in Manchester About IT ServicesIT Services is a vibrant and fast-moving department, focusing on delivering excellent customer service and quality services for staffThe RoleThis role coordinates an end-to-end Service Assurance (Service Design and Transition) process. You will work closely with Project and Operational Teams to ensure that new and changed IT Services have a complete Service Design Package, meeting the agreed Service Transition and Operational Readiness measures.
