A Retail fit-out specialist, for over 20 years they have been transforming bricks and mortar into large scale retail stores, handling M&E, design, fit-out, displays, and fixtures.With an impressive client book of national chains, and projects across the UK, Australia and Europe they are now looking for a Mechanical Estimator to join them on their journey.You would be responsible for project estimations on HVAC systems for their large-scale projects.Hybrid role, with minimal travel to sites. Car allowance also included in package.Responsibilities:Develop Cost estimates for Mechanical projects, while identifying project risks and applying contingencies.Source and manage subcontractor quotations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with scope of work, while benchmarking pricing against market rates/performance.Lead tender processes from enquiry to submission.Necessary experience:Estimation experience with Heating, ventilation or Air Conditioning systems.
