Principal Renewables Consultant - PT Renewables 馃尦 You will be working for one of the UK鈥檚 premier providers of Retail Building Services Solutions. A Retail fit-out specialist, for over 20 years they have been transforming bricks and mortar into large scale retail stores, handling M&E, design, fit鈥憃ut, displays, and fixtures. With an impressive client book of national chains, and projects across the UK, Australia and Europe they are now looking for a Mechanical Estimator to join them on their journey. You would be responsible for project estimations on HVAC systems for their large鈥憇cale projects. Hybrid role, with minimal travel to sites. Car allowance also included in package. Responsibilities Develop Cost estimates for Mechanical projects, while identifying project risks and applying contingencies. Source and manage subcontractor quotations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with scope of work, while benchmarking pricing against market rates/performance. Lead tender processes from enquiry to submission. Necessary experience Estimation experience with Heating, ventilation or Air Conditioning systems.
