Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for excellence? Moonfleet Manor, a luxury family hotel on the stunning Jurassic Coast, is looking for a dynamic Hotel Manager to lead our team.

Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, the Hotel Manager is responsible for all aspects of hotel operations at Moonfleet Manor including day to day management of the team and guest relations. This role will be responsible for leading the Hotel management team for Accommodation, Food and Beverage, Den, Spa and Maintenance. Floor presence during key times of the operation will be essential to being successful in this role.

This exciting permanent position comes with a salary of £65,000 per annum + performance related bonus + service charge.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Operations: Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and high standards.
Team Leadership: Motivate and manage diverse teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Guest Satisfaction: Enhance guest satisfaction through proactive service and effective communication.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and pursue new revenue opportunities.
Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and statutory requirements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role within a hotel, especially in a Food and Beverage management capacity
Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
A hospitality qualification is advantageous.

Other information:

45 hours per week (over 5 days) to suit the needs of the business
Potential of short-term accommodation available if required
Own transport essential due to remote location of hotel
