The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing hotel reservations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage hotel reservations and check-in/check-out processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues
  • Process payments and handle guest transactions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient hotel operation

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of hotel reception experience
