The Client:
Our client, an innovative garden design and maintenance company prioritises exceptional client service and a plant-focused approach to gardening, fostering a positive and enthusiastic work environment.
The Role:
As a Gardener, you will perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, and weeding.
Responsibilities:
- Aid in the cultivation and care of plants, flowers, and trees.
- Carry out groundskeeping duties to maintain the garden's overall health and appearance.
- Use hand tools for various gardening activities.
- Water plants as necessary to ensure adequate hydration.
- Safely and effectively operate power tools and equipment.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Gardener or in a similar role.
- At least 1 year of gardening experience.
- Background in working with both power and hand tools for gardening.
- Understanding of plant care, growth patterns, and seasonal needs.
- Passion for horticulture with a strong plant knowledge.
- Skilled in landscape maintenance techniques.
- Valid UK driving licence.
