European Business Development Manager

CPI Local is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Unit Manager to lead the Engine Department and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Manage budgets and ensure alignment with business plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, private distributors, and industry organizations.
- Collaborate with international teams to drive global business growth.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve departmental objectives.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as requested by senior management.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable position with comprehensive experience across all main functions of the department.
- At least 10 years of commercial experience in the engine or related product businesses.
- Excellent command of English. Proficiency in French, German, or Italian is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe and occasionally globally.
