Compliance Team Leader

A top global law firm is looking for a Compliance Team Leader to support the Compliance Manager in providing tailored training to new joiners into the Business Acceptance and supervise a team of compliance professionals.


This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and an enthusiastic approach to prioritising complex tasks. You’ll support the team with training on systems, conflicts, AML and sanctions processes, as well as managing and delegating tasks within Intapp workstreams to meet SLAs. This role is based in London, with hybrid flexibility.


Maintaining your knowledge of up-to-date firm processes, policies and industry standards is vital as you’ll be helping to improve the systems and procedures used by the team. You’ll also manage higher-risk conflict queries and escalated issues and recommend courses of action and solutions where possible.


You will need experience working within a law firm Risk and Compliance role and have

Knowledge of SRA rules, including conflicts of interest. Knowledge of conflicts, AML and sanctions is essential and experience in Intapp is a bonus. If you have a desire to learn, share knowledge and build skills in a collaborative environment, this role may be the perfect role for you.
