Your new roleAs an Accounts Receivable Clerk you will have an ongoing impact on financial transactions, ensuring good working relationships with this business's valued customers. Duties will cover:

  • Producing customer invoices and credit notes.
  • Uploading sales documents on to appropriate client portals.
  • Liaising with customers to assist with query resolution.
  • Coordinating with other departments to problem solve.
  • Maintaining client records on internal database.
  • Nurture stronger relationships with existing clients.
  • Assisting with the credit control element of the AR function.
  • Process online credit card payments from clients on the Barclaycard platform.
  • Develop ideas to improve overall efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience working within a busy environment and accounts receivable knowledge.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to be proactive and make decisions.
  • A self-starter who can take initiative.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail.
