It is a small values-driven and supportive team that works together to deliver excellent professional services to our 380 staff and almost 1000 volunteers. This role will also work closely with our Finance team.We all work flexibly from home or the Hospice but take time to check in each morning to see how everyone is ask questions and get support if needed.Key responsibilities: Delivering accurate and timely monthly payroll for all staff ensuring compliance with legislation HMRC and regulatory reporting. Administration and processing of our three pension schemes Calculating and processing statutory pay entitlements and any additional payments or benefits as set out in hospice policy.
