The Primary Market Oversight (PMO) department ensures trusted orderly and efficient UK primary securities markets. We oversee regulatory regimes for listed companies including MAR the UK Listing Rules and Disclosure and Transparency Rules with high-profile market-facing work at the heart of the FCA.The Critical Guidance function within the Primary Market Monitoring team provides expert advice on identifying and handling inside information under MAR.
