Are you an Account Executive that is constantly delivering high levels of customer service?Do you have a proven track record in sales?Have you got bags of motivation & determination for working within the insurance industry?Then do we have the role for youWe’re looking for someone to join this fantastic company where their people are their business and are listed as one of the Top 30 insurance brokers in the UKIf you’re wanting the chance to work for a company like no other, then keep on reading…As an Account Executive, your responsibilities will include… * Managing a book of existing clients and developing a pipeline of new business * Generating revenue for the business * Adhering to company’s compliance policies and ensuring personal data is secure * Prioritising all client communication and ensuring it’s actioned in a timely way * Be conscious of profitability to both the underwriters and the brokerage * Monitoring own performance in line with targets and ensuring KPI’s are achievedWe’re looking for an Account Executive with the following skills and experience… * Experience as an Account Executive with knowledge of commercial products within insurance industry * Cert CII qualified or working towards/ have the motivation to qualify * Full UK Driving license * Experience of dealing with clients at face-to-face meetings and over the telephone * Bags of motivation, determination and passion for the role and industry * A proven track record in sales and achieving growth in commercial insuranceIn return, the successful Account Executive will receive a salary of £50,000 to £55,000, plus the following benefits… * 27 Days holiday plus bank holidays * Flexible hybrid working * Bonus Scheme & Incentives * Car Allowance * BUPA cash plan / Private healthcare
