A highly successful Independent Estate Agency with a thriving business in the Woking area is now looking for a capable, keen, experienced and highly enthusiastic Lister/Instruction Winner to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Estate Agency with a proven track record in winning high-quality lettings valuations and instructions for the right price and at the right fee.
You will need to be diligent, results driven and be able to build a good report with clients and the sales team. This is a highly competitive role so you must ooze confidence whilst maintaining exceptional customer service which the company pride themselves on.

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Lister / Instruction Winner (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Experienced residential lettings estate agent
- Significant Listing / Valuations experience
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Sensational telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Woking and the surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
