Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Credit Control Assistant for our client based in Reading.

Role: Credit Control Assistant

Location: Reading - Hybrid once probation has been completed

Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 per annum

Summary

As a Credit Control Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring timely payments and resolving queries from customers. Your key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Credit control: Communicating internally and externally to obtain timely payments from customers via various collection methods
  • Uploading invoices to designated customer portals
  • Responding to internal and external invoice queries
  • Production of monthly statement runs
  • Sending copy invoices
  • Taking credit card payments and posting the direct debit from GoCardless for the Stellantis Project
  • Posting receipts from multi-currency cash book transactions
  • Ensuring compliance with SOX requirements
  • Providing timely and accurate service to all staff and customers
  • Escalating appropriate issues as required
