Role: Credit Control Assistant
Location: Reading - Hybrid once probation has been completed
Salary: 23,000 to 25,000 per annum
Summary

As a Credit Control Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring timely payments and resolving queries from customers. Your key areas of responsibility will include:
- Credit control: Communicating internally and externally to obtain timely payments from customers via various collection methods
- Uploading invoices to designated customer portals
- Responding to internal and external invoice queries
- Production of monthly statement runs
- Sending copy invoices
- Taking credit card payments and posting the direct debit from GoCardless for the Stellantis Project
- Posting receipts from multi-currency cash book transactions
- Ensuring compliance with SOX requirements
- Providing timely and accurate service to all staff and customers
- Escalating appropriate issues as required
